What kinds of labels are NOT accepted?
- Low quality discount merchandise, counterfeit, second-hand, primarily tee shirt or sneaker labels are not a good fit for the site.

- Membership is complimentary for fashion buyers.
Approval Process
How long does it take to get approved?
- The process can take up to one week and entails verifying that the fashion buyer represents a boutique, retail shop or department store.

- This is set by each fashion label. Some offer 1 unit minimums. Others start with 4 to 8 units.

- This depends upon the shipping destination and the payment gateway but is typically $10,000 USD.
What credit cards can I use to make purchases on Maeok?
- Major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard and Delta are accepted. Debit cards with the visa and Mastercard logos are also accepted.
What is the return/ refund / shipping policy?
- Each fashion label sets its own policies which are viewable in the store front.
How do I track my shipment?
